Here are this weeks selections: Trainers whose horse won last time out 7.40 Lingfield The game Tom Dascombe has 32% strike rate with such horses giving a 25 point profit from 54 runners. When Tom Dascombe has teamed up with Richard Kingscoate at Lingfield, they have won 5 times from 8 runners. Horses making their Handicap debut 2.40 Newmarket Voice Coach Sir Michael Stoute's handicap debutants would have made you a profit if you had backed all of them over the last few years. At Newmarket, Stoute's handicap debutants have won 9 from 35 (26% s/r) and show a 9 point profit. Horses beaten <1 length last time out 5.40 Lingfield Miss Carlotta MP Tregoning knows how to place horses that were only narrowly beaten in their last race. He has a 28% strike rate in such races and shows a 16 point profit. Won last time out - Lay 3.35 Redcar Last Three Minutes EAL Dunlop has a poor record when trying to win again with a horse that won its previous race. He has a 13% strike rate with such horses and shows a 130 point loss from his 267 runners. This system looks at trainers who bring their horses back to the course quickly. Certain trainers do very well with such horses but others do very poorly. Some trainers like to bring horses that won a race, back within 7 days in order to get another win before the horses official rating is reassessed. If you have made it here, you are probably still interested in the tips so here we go: Handicap Debut System We all know that Sir Mark Prescott will run his horses over inappropriate distances during its early runs in order to obtain a good handicap mark for his horses. However, Prescott is not the only trainer to do this & this system gives you the trainers & horses to follow. Tip 1 - Liberation Spirit 2.55 Newmarket This horse is trained by Jeremy Noseda. Noseda's record with handicap debutants is an 11 point profit and a 25% s/r. Tip 2 - Checklow 4.00 Doncaster This is also trained by Noseda so the same stats apply. Tip 3 - Astrodome 7.35 Hamilton This horse is trained by Sir Mark Prescott. His handicap debutants have a 27% s/r and boast a 22 point profit (from 159 runners). Lay the favourite System This system looks at trainers who have previously done poorly with their favourites. The only qualifier today is bold indian 7.05 hamilton Bold indian is trained by Miss L A Perratt. She has a 16% s/r with favourites and makes a loss of 16 points from 39 horses (a loss of 41%).
